Mobility Event Management

Throughout the year, Microsoft hosts a number of events catered to specific executive level audiences providing insight to what is up and coming over the next year. Microsoft approached PMG to handle the mobility portion of these events and drive awareness of Windows Mobile. PMG distributed mobile devices and worked hands-on with each attendee for a seamless and beneficial mobility experience. Participants were able to take a proactive approach to the conference using an application called mEvent. PMG became logistical experts in managing and delivering the mEvent experience at over 20 events around the country in the last year. PMG also provided collateral, giveaways, project management, and training at these events.
