The Disney Mobile Retail Training Manual was designed to provide a quick access point for sales representatives activating on the Disney Mobile network. In addition to its exclusive selling proposition, Disney Mobile had a unique order entry system, for which PMG developed an innovative training manual to support the entire Disney Mobile selling process. PMG was responsible for conception, development, production and implementation.
Sales Operations
Disney Mobile commissioned PMG to set up the operational processes that would support their sales and distribution functions. This included the development and administration of a compensation strategy for indirect distribution, putting in place ongoing processes such as customer contracts, management of demo phones, and reverse logistics. PMG also led the sales operations department, until we sourced a candidate who became the manager of the group. PMG also provided strategic support for the VP of Sales and Distribution and the Director of Product Marketing.
