This team has many years of experience and proven success in all aspects of the wireless business.  This practiced team of professionals is well-poised to navigate through the challenges and to help our clients successfully bring their products to market.

Brian Linver

Brian’s talents spring from his creative nature, and he often solves vexing strategic challenges with original thinking and innovative ideas.  After leaving AT&T Wireless, Brian could see the explosive impact and influence wireless technology would have across a variety of diverse industries.  He identified a widespread need for strategic direction and consulting for those companies trying to chart a path through the complex wireless environment.  PMG’s consulting services were developed as a result of that vision.

Brian has been in the wireless industry for seventeen years.  His career inside AT&T Wireless spanned management of reseller activities, content and service partnerships, and national equipment marketing which included handset and accessory selection, pricing, promotions and distribution strategies.   Prior to his wireless career, Brian’s business experience included marketing management at Dow Chemical and account services at Ogilvy & Mather

Jim Bennett

Jim is an experienced leader, skilled at identifying root causes of operational issues and developing improvement strategies.  He has consulted with clients since leaving AT&T-Wireless, and helped them develop strategies, set up operational processes for sales, distribution, and customer service, and provided insights into wireless operations. 

During his tenure at AT&T Wireless Services, Jim held several executive positions, including Senior Vice President of Customer Services, where he and his team created and led a national call center organization responsible for activating and supporting over 20 million customers.  Jim also led a large team of consultants and employees to redesign and replace the error prone CRM and billing systems that supported these customers.

Jim served as a member of the executive operations team responsible for all sales, marketing, and customer service for the company.  Prior to this, he was responsible for integrating the operations of several acquired wireless companies into AT&T Wireless, including resolving people and process issues across all functional areas.

Before joining McCaw/AT&T Wireless Services, Jim held numerous financial management positions within NCR Corporation.
